My name is Shelia Johnson. I am thrilled to be teaching first grade in the same system that I graduated from. Let me begin by telling you a little bit about myself. I grew up in Damascus and still live there. I am married to Jason Johnson and we have one son, Brayden and a daughter, Shaylee. My husband is an aircraft mechanic where he enjoys working on the Chinooks. We feel very blessed to be part of such a wonderful school system and community.

We are actively involved at New Home Baptist Church.   Serving and teaching are two things I am very passionate about. Other things I enjoy include... spending time with my family, gardening, baking, and sewing.
